Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original tags and protective bags are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed by our warehouse team.
